Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days)

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact and returned in the original packaging.

All items are subject to a quality check once received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

Refunds are only provided if the product received is damaged or defective.

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Once we receive the product and it passes our inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.

If no discrepancy is found during inspection, the refund request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back.
